Carolyn Cialdea, Collections Manager at Milford Federal, retired on June 30, 2010, after more than 22 years with the Association. She began her career in 1988 as a Management Trainee. After being promoted to Collection Supervisor in 1992, she went on to become Collections Manager in 1996 and remained in that position until she retired.

Milford Federal Savings & Loan Association is pleased to announce that Michael McDermott has joined the Association as the new Collections Manager. In this position, McDermott will be responsible for managing the collection activities and personnel for the Association.

McDermott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and has a Paralegal Certification from Northeastern University. He was previously employed as the Accounts Receivable Lead Analyst at the Harmon Law Office in Newton, MA, and as a Collections Supervisor at EMCC, Inc. in Pembroke, MA.
