Q. What is EZ BankNet?

A. EZ BankNet is Milford Federal’s online banking service that allows customers to do their banking on any Internet enabled computer 24 hours a day.

Q. Is EZ BankNet secure?

A. EZ BankNet uses a combination of Internet security procedures including firewalls, passwords and encryption coding that ensures maximum security for your accounts.

Q. What are the advantages of EZ BankNet?

Q. How much will EZ BankNet cost?

A. Internet banking and bill payment are “Totally Free.”

Q. Can I use EZ BankNet with other money management software?

A. Yes, EZ BankNet allows you to download account information to and from programs such as Quicken and Microsoft Money programs.

Q.How do I get started?

A. If you already have a deposit account with us, you can apply for EZ BankNet by completing the Existing Customer Sign-up form.

Q. Can I open a new account over the Internet?

A. Currently you are unable to open an account through EZ BankNet. Contact us via e-mail and we will assist you in opening an account.

Q. How soon can I start using EZ BankNet?

A. Once your application has been processed you will receive a Welcome Kit with a temporary password, usually within 10-14 days. You can then start using the service immediately. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you sign on.

Please keep in mind that email is not secure. Do not include sensitive information such as account numbers, balances, passwords, etc. By providing us with your name, mailing address, phone number and a general description of your question we can review your account activity and will respond to you by phone or email.
