ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS

PRIOR TO THE UPGRADE:

In our effort to deliver the best available online banking experience, there are upgrade preparations that may apply to you.  Key dates and changes are specified by service noted below.

  • Billpay – schedule your bill payments on or before February 9, 2017. You will not be able to access or schedule a new bill payment between February 10th and February 13th.  All bill payments will be paid as scheduled during the upgrade.
  • Scheduled Transfers – you will need to document these transfers on or before February 9th, as these WILL NOT carry over and will need to be re-established after the upgrade. *Recurring Transfers WILL carry over to the new system.

*NOTE:

A scheduled transfer is a one-time transfer.

A recurring transfer is a transfer that is set up to process weekly, monthly, etc.

AFTER THE UPGRADE:

You can log in to your new Online Banking system midafternoon on February 13, 2017.

  • If you previously accessed your online banking using a Bookmarked and/or Favorite link, you will need to discontinue using that link. On February 13, 2017, you may login to the new online banking from the Milford Federal website homepage and set up the favorite/bookmark to the new online banking link.
  • Enter your existing Online Banking User ID into the User ID box. If your current User ID is less than 8 characters (new required minimum) and includes spaces or special characters, your new User ID will be your current User ID without spaces and special characters plus two’s at the end until the new User ID equals 8 characters.
For example:
Current User ID New User ID
j_&bank  jbank222
jbank  jbank222
j bank  jbank222

You can change your User ID after you log into the new system.

Your initial password will be the last 4 digits of your Tax Identification Number (Social Security Number) plus the first 5 digits of your zip code (for example: last 4 digits of social security is 1234, zip code is 01757.  Password will be 123401757).

After login, you will be asked to change your password to one of your choice between 8 and 22 characters which must contain at least one letter, one number, and one special character.

Verify Bill Pay Information

Your payees will be transferred to the new service. Please verify that the names and addresses of your merchants are correct.  Additionally, please verify that your “Payee” account numbers are correct. Merchant information is contained under the “Payees” section of the “Bill Pay” tab. To ensure your payments will be delivered accurately and on time, please make any necessary changes to your merchant information.

Confirm any previously scheduled payments have been transferred appropriately. Validate payment amounts and delivery dates.

Scheduled Transfers

You will need to re-establish your scheduled transfers as these did not carry over with the upgrade.
